For the duration of the project, we bill you flat design fees (not percentage-based fees). The fees are fixed and have no bearing whatsoever on the cost of the materials. You have total authority over the spending plan. You don’t have to worry about design expenses increasing or decreasing, so you may choose the materials you want.

After getting approval from the client side you have to pay 50% along with the proposal and the remaining amount you have to pay after design approval.

Aayaam can only help with the design of your project. The completion of Aayaam’s design service delivery occurs with approval and submission of the detailed drawings to you for subsequent implementation. By providing your selected contractors with an explanation of the design details, we provide our clients with extended “help” during implementation.
