Our studio is in Jabalpur. Our projects are not limited to it. We have designed and delivered work from Jabalpur to Pune, Gurgaon and Ajmer, and the way we run a project does not change with its distance from the studio.

How we deliver across India
Distance is managed through people on site, a fixed rhythm of reviews, and documentation complete enough that nothing is left to interpretation.
Principal-led design
Design is developed in our studio under the principals, with site visits at the stages where decisions matter: survey, concept, mock-ups and key installations.
A team on your site
On turnkey projects we place our own site engineer on site and manage specialist vendors and local trades against our drawings. On consultancy projects we work alongside your contractor or PMC.
Complete documentation
Working drawings, specifications and a detailed bill of quantities are issued before construction, so the site works from a complete set rather than from instructions given on the day.
Building in India while living overseas
For clients in the Gulf, the UK, the US and elsewhere, the full project can run without your being on site.
