A bungalow built around walnut-toned panelling, stone-clad bathrooms and a covered terrace that looks out over the city.
Full-height timber panelling runs behind the beds and wraps the wardrobes, so storage reads as one wall rather than a row of cupboards. Ceilings stay simple, with concealed cove lighting.
The bathrooms carry the drama: veined dark stone, vessel basins on floating counters and glass-enclosed showers. The upper terrace has a slatted timber ceiling and enough depth to serve as an outdoor living room.
